• You must authenticate with each social media platform using their official OAuth authorization flow.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• DDS Video Uploader only performs actions that you explicitly authorize within the application.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload and publish through DDS Video Uploader. You agree that you will not use the application to publish content that:

• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violates the terms of service of the destination social media platform.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend access to any account found to be in violation of these terms.

You agree not to use DDS Video Uploader to:

• Automate uploads in a manner that violates platform API rate limits or terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the application.
• Use the application to collect data about other users without their consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the application or its servers.

All content you publish through DDS Video Uploader remains your property. By using the application, you do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

The DDS Video Uploader application, including its interface, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of its developers. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

DDS Video Uploader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the application.

We are not responsible for any failed uploads, lost content, or actions taken by third-party social media platforms regarding your published content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

DDS Video Uploader integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the application's functionality.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of DDS Video Uploader after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
